We offer contactless delivery or we can meet you face to face. When scheduling the service, please provide clear instructions indicating where we can find your clothes and where to drop them off. Please ensure that you have a secure place to leave your clothes and not visible from the street. Some places people often choose are on the front porch, the back porch, in an unlocked garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager.

You can use our custom laundry bag, a large plastic trash bag or a plastic tub. We will give you a custom laundry bag when we return your clothes so you will have it for the next order!

We do our best to accommodate every request. Let us know how you want your laundry done by putting it in the form. If we are unable to meet your request, we will do our best to get in touch with you to communicate what we cannot do.

Have items that need a little extra care? Just place them in a separate bag with a note letting us know what you need, and we’ll take it from there. We always do our best with stains, but treating them early gives the best chance for complete removal.

We have a minimum of 15lbs.

We weigh your clothing before or after we launder your clothing, if they are wet. Wet clothes and towels weigh more than dry so we don’t want to charge you for wet clothes.

Larger items like comforters, sleeping bags, rugs, throws, and pillows are charged per item.

You will be billed after we pickup the order, weigh it, wash it, dry it and fold it.
